CS16研究室では，計測工学を基盤として様々なセンサ（特に触覚や非破壊計測）に関する研究を推進しています．また，人の知覚の仕組みに興味をもち，複数の感覚を統合する知覚モデル，クロスモーダルによる知覚の動態モデルなどの基礎研究を行っています．

CS16 Laboratory conducts research and development of various sensors such as tactile sensors and non-destructive sensors. We are also interested in the mechanisms of human perception and are proceeding with fundamental studies on multisensory perception models.

非破壊検査技術は、構造物の健全性評価において重要な役割を果たします．この研究は，超音波や渦電流などを用いて構造物の内部構造を観察することを目的としています．
Nondestructive testing technology has an important role in structural health monitoring. This study aims to observe the inside structures with ultrasonic sound and eddy current.
