Fast imaing inside a volume
Digital holography technique can records 3D information by an interference 2D image and reconstructs numerically the optical wave field at arbitrary distance from the hologram plane. We have been applying the digital holography to the fast measurement of defect or crack inside the medium. Key technologies for fast 3D measurement system are the high-speed image sensor and wave propagation calculation using GPGPU. Multiple GPGPUs are used to improve the calculation speed.
